2022 Spring Concession Stand

• PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Family Fee Refunds require ten hours of volunteer concession time. There are no partial refunds - you must volunteer and work the ENTIRE shift and cannot leave in the middle (even if that means you worked beyond the minimum ten hours!) Once you signup for an assignment, that is your confirmation. We do not call or send emails for reminders. No show, no email, no text or no call will forfeit reschedule options, and opportunity for a refund. Please look for weather updates ie: rain-outs on the our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter) and on the website on the lower right side under the Social Media Tabs. Volunteer responsibilities include: -Food preparing -Handling pre-packaged food items -Cleaning (washing counters, sweeping, mopping) A member of St. Joe's Staff will be there to unlock the concession stand and direct the volunteer staff as to their duties. Family Registration Fees will be refunded in form of a check at the end of the season in mid July. No refund checks will be issued before July. Volunteers will be notified with date and time for refund check pick-up. Shift Times vary please check the credit value (credits are equal to hours) in the description. Parent/Guardians of registered players are the only individuals eligible to work concession hours at this time. No minors under the age of 18 will be permitted in the Concession Stand as volunteers.
