2018 Raffle Information 

St. Joseph’s Baseball Parents,

It is Baseball Raffle time!

This year’s raffle tickets will sell for $10 each. Each baseball family is required to purchase or sell 10 tickets for $100. If multiple children are registered per family, you are required to purchase or sell 15 tickets for $150.

Important facts regarding our Baseball Raffle:

• Please return your tickets and money by Friday, April 27th, 2018 to your team parent or manager. 
• The drawing is scheduled to be held during the St. Joe’s Pony Baseball membership meeting on Monday, May 21, 2018. Winner need not be present.
• To ensure proper family credit:
  • Please use an envelope to return money and ticket stubs to your team parent or manager. Label envelope with manager and player(s) names. 
  • Only check, money order, or cashier's check made payable to St. Joseph Pony Baseball will be accepted 
  • – DO NOT SEND CASH
  • Please turn in all money by the April 27th deadline – Money and tickets will not be accepted the day of the raffle, unless arrangements are made in advance. 

This is the only mandatory fundraiser required for your family.  St. Joe's Baseball would like to thank you in advance for adhering to the rules listed above. Your fundraising efforts are greatly appreciated. This money is used to support our budget and offset annual expenses to make the 2018 Baseball Season operational for all participants.

Baseball families that do not return their tickets and money will be charged. We encourage you to participate in the raffle. Turning in your tickets and money by the April 27th deadline will give you a chance to win the raffle.
