House Baseball League Spring 2025

Additional Fees

There are no additional fees for Fall Baseball program.

SPRING BALL ONLY: In addition to registration fees, each family will be responsible for $100 refundable parent fee, $150 if registering more than 1 child. We also require $100 in raffle ticket sales or $150 if you have 2 or more children in the program.

Ways to earn parent fee back include:

Coach or manage a team
Participate in additional fundraisers at min required level (popcorn sales, sponsorship sales)
Volunteer for summer tournament
Run scoreboards/GameChanger(Pinto thru Pony)
Volunteer at concession stand
Team parent - must coordinate raffle tickets for team, picture day help, assist in dugout, run GameChanger stats/game updates, snack schedule etc, or any other similar duties assigned by coach/manager

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. The email and phone number provided on this registration will be used to contact you via Email and SMS for team selection/practices/game schedule. Check and double check your typing please! To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available. Registration includes a uniform shirt and hat. Player must provide pants, belt, and socks (color TBD by individual team coaches). You will also be required to to provide your own baseball glove, we do recommend purchasing a baseball bat ( Please see USA Bat Guidelines) and helmet (equipment bags provided to each team have limited supply of these items and bat lengths and helmet sizes vary)

Please note: We have a no refund policy once you are registered and payment is made. Games will be weeknights and some Saturdays Expect 1 or 2 practices and 1 or 2 games per week, depending on the age level of your child(ren). To see the Division Age Key Click Here. Buddy Baseball

About the League

The Adaptive Buddy Baseball League is a non-competitive program that adapts the traditional game of baseball to allow children ages 4-16 with a physical or developmental disability the opportunity to play baseball, using the same equipment and uniforms as their friends and family members. All players are assigned a "Buddy" to assist them through the game. The “buddy” if needed, will help the player hit, field, and run/walk/wheel the bases. Some players will be able to hit from a coach pitching while others may need a tee or assistance from a "buddy". There are no "outs" and there is no score kept. All players go through the rotation getting their turn to bat. The average game is 60 minutes. For full rules see the League Rules section of our site.

About the field

Games are played at Miracle League Field, which is located at 120 East Clinton Street, Joliet, IL 60432 just north of Silver Cross Field (Joliet Slammers Stadium), on Clinton Street.

Field Dimensions

Field Area: 10,568 sq. feet = field play area
Field is 15,102 sq. feet = field including dugouts and foul areas
Baseline: 50 feet
Home Plate line to fence at center field: 115 feet or 125 feet
Baseline to dugout: 21 feet
Pitcher’s mound to home plate: 33 feet
Maximum Field Size: 125 feet (Home plate to center field fence). Any larger field will not allow these children the opportunity of hitting the ball over the fence.
Field: Turf
The Buddy Ball League teams play on a custom-designed, synthetic rubberized Turf field that accommodates wheelchairs and other assertive devices while helping to prevent injuries.

Winter Skills Camp

Winter Skills Camp

Joliet Central Baseball Winter Skills Clinic in partnership with St. Joe's Pony Baseball is a four week camp for children ages 6-14 taught by the Joliet Central Baseball Coaching Staff that works on fundamentals and conditioning in the following areas. Conditioning and Agility, Infield/Outfield Defense, Hitting, Catching, Throwing Mechanics and Base Running. There is also an optional clinic add on for Catchers (Additional $25 fee). It is a great way to knock the dust off the equipment and prepare for the upcoming spring season. For questions about the camp email contact Coach Miguel Silva at [email protected].

Welcome to the 2nd Annual Will County Classic Tournament. This will be a pool play tournament with 2 pool games and a single elimination bracket. This tournament is for Level AA and below teams at 10U-13U age Divisions. You will need to register here as well as fill out your team information HERE. Please remember to have copies of all players Birth Certificates available for eligibility verification during gameplay. "TEAMS MUST BE AA OR LOWER. Registration is subject to review, by tournament official(s), based on answers received during enrollment. If, after review, it is determined that your level of play exceeds the AA level, your team will be unenrolled and refund will be processed."
